BOGL
BOGL
Griffin March aka BOGL, is a self-taught DJ and music enthusiast originally from Las Vegas. With the creation of his famed events named Soundpieces, Bogl has hosted and played alongside huge acts from around the world in San Francisco and beyond for over a decade. His charisma is like that of a friendly ghost; he is kept close to your heart as one would a godfather, while basically existing as an untouchable phenomenon. He’s become known for appearing out of what seems like thin air to play a selection of new and rare bass heavy productions, take you to an unfathomable dimension, only to vanish to another far off place. It will make you wonder how it’s even possible for Bogl to exist.

SOUNDPIECES. From it’s humble beginnings in San Francisco, Soundpieces has had its hands in organizing top notch events, making art, and weaving webs around the world since 2006. Brainchild of Bogl and Adriana Sparkuhl, Soundpieces discovers the newest of musical formulas and hosts events in the most ideal and sophisticated atmospheres they can find. Soundpieces is not genre specific, but quality specific… with a history of extensively showcasing diverse high-end bass music and rare international acts such as Diplo, Bonobo, DJ Rashad and everyone in Teklife Crew, Addison Groove, Aphrodite, Kode 9, Zomby, D Double E to name a few. Famed for bringing literally hundreds of acts to the Bay Area for their very first time, most notably Hudson Mohawke, Mount Kimbie, Rustie, Shlohmo, Nicola Cruz, Caspa, Joker and many others. From one-off’s in Detroit, NYC and beyond, to their 5 years and going strong bass music "weekly" in San Francisco to their recent expansion to frequent venues in LA, Soundpieces is building within our international community to develop one of the premier top shelf resources for the seasoned sound addict to encounter the best and rarest in the electronic music spectrum.
